Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st September 2025 · Last Updated: 15th March 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tri2Thrive.com website and the purchase of workshop sessions offered by BECZ Sp. z o.o. (“Tri2Thrive,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Seller Information

2. Services

Tri2Thrive offers triathlon-related workshop sessions (“Workshops”), including but not limited to swim, bike, run, and transition training. Workshop details — including date, time, location, duration, and price — are listed on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Placing an Order

  • To purchase a Workshop, select the desired session and complete the checkout process by providing the required personal and payment information.
  • By completing your purchase, you are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for the selected Workshop.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The contract is formed upon receipt of this confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in PLN (Polish Zloty) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your spot in the Workshop is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Polish Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to contact@tri2thrive.com including your name, order number, and the date of purchase.

Exception: If the Workshop takes place within the 14-day withdrawal period and you have given your express consent to begin the service before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Workshop has been fully performed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

By you: If you cancel outside the 14-day withdrawal right, refunds are handled as follows:

  • More than 7 days before the Workshop — full refund
  • 3–7 days before the Workshop — 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before the Workshop — no refund

By us: If we cancel a Workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session.

7. Workshop Participation

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to take part in the Workshop.
  • Tri2Thrive is not liable for injuries sustained during Workshops, except where caused by our gross negligence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Tri2Thrive.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of BECZ Sp. z o.o. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a Workshop or our service, you may file a complaint by contacting us at contact@tri2thrive.com. Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Liability

  • Tri2Thrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in Workshops.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Workshop.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or purchase of Workshops after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Kraków, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
